Lambert Given Anti--Poverty Post

Franklyn Lambert, executive director of the Housing Authority of Columbus, Tuesday was named by Mayor B. Ed Johnson and County Commission Chairman Malcolm Forte as the 15th and last member of Columbus Opportunity Inc.

Negro Registration

Russell County Negro voters are out-registering whites by more than six-to-one since registration began Sept. 20, officials of the Board of Registrars have announced.
