Fall Opening Slated For Bypass

The first leg of the Lindsay Creek Bypass will be open to traffic by next fall -- weather permitting. This target date was mentioned Thursday by George Trussell, whose construction firm is working on the 4.133-mile first leg, extending from Victory Drive on the south northward to Buena Vista Road.
