Rusk Challenges Senate on Viet Nam

Secretary of State Dean Rusk yesterday challenged Congress to make up its mind if it still supports the 1964 resolution for fighting the war against Communist aggression in Vietnam. His challenge came during a six-hour appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee where he defended the administration's policies in Southeast Asia.
