Army to Change Family Notification

Wives and children of U.S. Army casualties in Viet Nam will be notified by military men in the future instead of by telegram, Rep. Bo Callaway said he has been informed. Last November public criticism in the Columbus area grew out of reports that taxi drivers were delivering telegrams at night to notify wives their husbands had been killed in action.
