Carter May Force Callaway Decision

In the wake of Jimmy Carter's entry in the 3rd District congressional race, Bo Callaway may have to reveal sooner than expected what he plans to do about running for governor. One bit of speculation has it that Carter made his announcement this week in hopes that Callaway would be spurred on to shoot for the highest prize-since he would face strong opposition in his home district anyway.
