The poll results are in: Here’s which Christmas movie is your favorite, Columbus

Christmas is almost here and that means eggnog, getting cozy by the fire and picking out your favorite holiday movie to watch.

You’ve been voting in our poll for the last few weeks and we’ve finally discovered which holiday flick is your favorite. So, what did you choose?

Miracle on 34th Street (1947)

In this Christmas classic, Kris Kringle fills in for an intoxicated Santa in Macy’s annual Thanksgiving Day parade and soon becomes a hit. However, after he’s hit with a court case, questions about his mental health and authenticity are raised.

The drama film has a 96% on the Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer and after three rounds, it was voted the favorite of Columbus residents.

In Round One, the movie only got 5% of the vote, but made it to Round Two. In the second round, the film picked up in popularity and got 21% of the vote and by the Final Round, the movie secured the win with over 40% of the vote.
