Man charged after breaking into Smyrna Walgreens

Travon Dewayne Williams, 25, of Temple, is accused of forcefully kicking in the front entrance doorway window and crawling into the Walgreens at 4371 S. Cobb Drive SE in Smyrna on April 12 at 6:07 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.

Williams broke in to the closed store and opened products, including a water bottle and two Hallmark cards. He was observed walking and wandering around the store, according to the warrant.

Williams is charged with burglary - second degree. He was arrested on April 12 at 6:25 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.

Williams remains in custody without bond.
