Local Georgia Lottery winners

The Georgia Lottery announced that two lucky players won a total of $150,000 in the July 11 Powerball drawing by matching four of the five white-ball numbers and the Powerball. The Power Play was 2X.

One player doubled their prize to $100,000 with the 2X Power Play on a ticket purchased at Chevron Food Mart, 630 Whitlock Avenue NW in Marietta.

The winning numbers for the July 11 Powerball drawing were 8, 10, 14, 45, 59 and the Powerball was 5.

A Kennesaw player also won $92,000 playing Keno! on July 10. The ticket was purchased through the Georgia Lottery mobile app.

As with all Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from Mega Millions and Powerball benefit education in the state of Georgia.
