Got holiday cravings? Here’s a list of Columbus-area restaurants open on Christmas Day
Your 2021 Christmas plans may not include a home-cooked meal.
Maybe you’re just too burnt out to throw the turkey in the oven. Or maybe you’re wanting to change up your holiday schedule and dine out this Christmas. Or you’re hosting extended family this year and would rather not cook for 10 people.
Whatever your reason, you’ve got many food options in the Columbus area. Here are some of them, open on Dec. 25:

Waffle House (multiple locations)
Waffle House, in all of its friendly yellow glow, will be open for Christmas — just like it is every other day of the year.
There are several locations across the city. Call ahead at your favorite local spot just to check and use Waffle House’s store locator to find a spot near you.
The Office Sports Bar and Grill
Located in north Columbus, The Office Sports Bar and Grill, 2979 N. Lake Parkway, will operate 4-11 p.m. Christmas Day.
FUJI Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar
FUJI Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, 6499 Veterans Parkway, will operate 2 p.m.-9 p.m. Christmas Day.
Callaway Gardens Christmas Dining Traditions
Callaway Gardens offers two Christmas dining options this year.
The Country Kitchen, U.S. Highway 27 south of Callaway Gardens, is open 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m., no reservations required.
Reservations are required for the Piedmont Dining Room inside The Lodge and Spa, 4500 Southern Pine Drive. It’s open noon-3 p.m., and reservations can be made by calling 1-877-522-0328. Cost is $52 per adult and $23 per child.
