The Uptown Columbus Fall Food Truck Festival will transform Woodruff Park and Dillingham Bridge into “Food Truck Mecca” on Nov. 12, according to a news release.

The festival, sponsored by Georgia Power, will feature more than 25 gourmet food trucks from across the state. There will also be beverages, arts and crafts vendors and a DJ throughout the day.

Admission is $5 per person, according to the release, and children ages 10 and under will be able to enter for free. People can purchase tickets in advance online or at the gate the day of the festival. Vendors will accept cash and cards.

While tables and chairs will be available, attendees are encouraged to bring their own “tailgate style” chairs. The festival will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the release said, and the gates will close to new attendees at 5 p.m.

Uptown Columbus asks anyone interested in volunteering to sign up online.
