Luke’s Steakhouse in Harris County temporarily closes its doors after 27 years. Here’s why

Luke’s Pub & Steakhouse announced Sunday they will be closed temporarily due to construction, according to their Facebook account.

The post gathered more than 600 reaction and over 190 comments with multiple people praising the steak and wishing the business a swift return.

In a second post Luke’s said, “Thank you all for the outpouring of love and support. For 27 years, Luke’s has been a staple in Harris County, a life for our family and employees, & a second home to many of you.”

No further details about the closing were disclosed when the Ledger-Enquirer attempted to contact the restaurant owners.
