Watch biscuits being made from scratch at new Phenix City Jack’s Family Restaurants location

Jack’s Family Restaurants will open its new Phenix City location on May 15, and it is one of nine restaurants in the fast food chain to incorporate the brand’s new Digital 2.0 design.

Construction on the new location began in November 2022 on Retail Drive. The Digital 2.0 design features double drive-thru and curbside pickup to improve convenience for customers.

“Jack’s service is quicker than ever,” Jack’s Family Restaurants CEO Todd Bartmess said in a news release.

Along with updating the design for service, the new Jack’s restaurant has the newest architecture design introduced last year. This includes a large dining room, outdoor seating areas and an interior window for customers to watch biscuits being made from scratch.

For 12 weeks, the restaurant will offer online giveaways, prizes and promotion on the Jack’s app to celebrate the opening. The chain is known for its Southern cuisine that includes breakfast meals and sandwiches, bologna sandwiches and burgers, fried chicken, chicken wing and chicken fingers.
