Skechers Superstore sets opening date for its first location in Columbus

Skechers is preparing to open its first superstore in the Chattahoochee Valley this week.

Their shoe store in Columbus Park Crossing at 5555 Whittlesey Blvd, Suite 2350 will open Jan. 30, according to their website. The store will be open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Skechers is taking over the former Conn’s HomePlus space at the shopping center. Conn’s HomePlus filed for bankruptcy in July 2024, resulting in the parent company closing all its locations.

Representatives for Columbus Park Crossing and Skechers did not respond to the Ledger-Enquirer’s request for comment.
