New store moving into Columbus Park Crossing reveals grand-opening deals
A new retailer is moving into Columbus Park Crossing.
Palmetto Moon, a clothing and accessories retailer, announced on Facebook the company is opening its 10th Georgia location in Columbus. The store will be in the space previously occupied by Kirkland’s Home, 5550 Whittlesey Blvd., Suite 880.
The opening celebration is scheduled for June 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Palmetto Moon is your one-stop shop for the whole family,” the opening event announcement says. “Discover your favorite brands like YETI, Simply Southern, Local Boy, Burlebo, FP Movement, Old Row, Rainbow Sandals, Chubbies, and more. Plus, shop exclusive Palmetto Moon products including 2 for $30 tees, locally sourced gifts, collegiate gear, and more.”
At the opening celebration, shopper can get “exclusive opening offers” and participate in giveaways, according to the announcement. Here is the schedule:
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- A custom YETI 20 oz. Tumbler (with a qualifying $50 purchase) for the first 200 shoppers
- Spin to Win prizes every 30 minutes
- Hourly grand prizes, including a YETI Tundra Haul cooler

A representative of Palmetto Moon did not respond to the Ledger-Enquirer’s request for comment before publication.
