Ledger-Enquirer office not accepting walk-ins during COVID-19 pandemic. Here’s how to reach us.

The Ledger-Enquirer’s office at 945 Broadway in downtown Columbus will no longer accept walk-in customers, effective immediately, due to CDC guidelines amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

If you need assistance with delivery or to make a payment, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-323-1222, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. The automated system can handle your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once this event passes, our offices will reopen during our usual business hours 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
