Lee County has 11 confirmed coronavirus cases. Here’s a breakdown of Alabama’s totals

Lee County, Alabama, has 11 confirmed COVID-19 cases as of late March 20 — one new case from Thursday’s count.

State health officials report there are now 106 confirmed cases. There were 77 as of March 19.
