But after a foggy morning, the skies are expected to clear and be sunny with a high of 64, according to the National Weather Service. Not bad for the first day of winter.

The rest of the week looks to be fair under partly cloudy skies with highs in the low to mid 60s and lows in the low to mid 40s.
