Man charged with attempted aggravated child molestation

The Special Victims Unit of the Columbus Police Department has charged a contractor with one count each of criminal attempted aggravated child molestation and criminal attempted sodomy.

Sean Thomas Bade, 41, was taken into custody today and held in the Muscogee County Jail for a 9 a.m. Thursday hearing in Recorder’s Court.

Police said Bade works as a contractor at Fort Benning. No other details of his arrest were available.
