One park reopens, one remains partially closed

After being closed because of flooding, Heath Park has been reopened by the city’s Parks and Recreation Department, the city announced Thursday.

Cooper Creek Park remains partially closed until further notice due to some areas still being inaccessible. The Cooper Creek Tennis Center remains open and unaffected by the flooding.

All other city parks remain open.
