Need a tip for your labor day cookout? Call the grill hotline.
For many, Labor Day weekend is a great excuse to get out and fire up the grill one more time before the autumn chill sets in.
But the perfect grilling technique can be a mystery. Should the lid be open or closed? What kind of seasoning should you use? What’s the perfect temperature to set the grill at? And what do you do if you’re grilling a whole bunch of things at once?
To help, LongHorn Steakhouse is opening up a free “Grill Us Hotline” at 1-855-LH-GRILL (1-855-544-7455). You can call the number from 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sept. 3 to get immediate help from LongHorn’s “expert Grill Masters.”
“Every LongHorn Steakhouse across the country has a team of certified Grill Masters specially trained in the art of grilling. For the past five years, the Grill Us Hotline has tapped into these pros to help at-home grillers become the master of their own craft,” LongHorn wrote in a press release.
You can also text “GRILL” to 55702 any time or talk with experts on LongHorn’s social media from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. any day of the week.
