Major water line break in Phenix City disrupts service
A broken water line in Phenix City will likely result in a loss of service for a "large area" of central Phenix City, the city announced in a news release.
The break occurred in the area of 30th Street and 10th Avenue.
Utility crews are on site and working to repair the break now.
The city said it expects service to be back to normal "as soon as possible."
