Cookie season is almost here. See where Girl Scouts are selling in Columbus, Phenix City

The Chattahoochee Valley will soon see an influx of sugary treats on the streets for sale in just a few weeks.

Girl Scout cookies will be arriving in the area beginning on Feb. 7, according to the Girl Scout Cookie Finder website. Girl Scouts from the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia will be selling the famous cookies at dozens of locations across the Chattahoochee Valley.

Here’s are a few locations that will have Girl Scout cookies for sale on Feb. 7:

  • Ace Hardware, 3863 St. Mary’s Road, 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.

  • Chuck-E-Cheese, 3201 Macon Road, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

  • Columbus State University, 403 Alongonquin Drive, 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.

  • Piggly Wiggly, 1837 Stadium Drive, Phenix City, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

  • Old Navy, 5555 Whittlesey Boulevard, 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.

  • Mavis Tires, 7688 Schomburg Road, 3:30 p.m. until 6 p.m.

  • Steak-n-Shake, 161 Bradley Park Drive, 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

  • Q Korean Steakhouse, 2643 Manchester Expressway, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Cookies will also be sold at many other locations after Feb. 7. The last day to buy cookies in the Columbus and Phenix City area will be March 1, according to their website.

Joining the Tagalongs and Thin Mints this year is a new cookie, Lemon-Ups. According to a Girl Scouts press release, Lemon-Ups is a new lemon cookie with eight different phrases related to Girl Scouts on top.

Lemon-Ups are replacing the Savannah Smiles cookie in many areas it was offered in.
