A rental website has ranked Columbus in the top 10 cities across the nation for the most space per square mile.

Two other Georgia cities made the list. Athens rounded out the list at No. 10, while Augusta ranked No. 3.
Here’s the top 10 list:

Rent.com used the 2018 figures from the U.S. Census Bureau to study every city in the U.S. with more than 100,000 residents. From there, they divided the population by the total land area of each city, which then determined the population density per square mile.
The cities with the smallest population density were determined to be the best cities for open space.
