Will you be able to enjoy the return of the Friday Concert Series this week without a rain jacket, or will you just need bug spray? Here’s your weekly forecast for the week starting Monday, April 1, in and around Columbus, according to the National Weather Service.

Monday:

Monday will be partly sunny with a high near 84 with winds from 5-10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph. Monday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 66.

Tuesday:

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 85. Winds of 5 to 15 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph. There is a chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm mainly after 9 p.m., Tuesday night. The low will be around 62. The chance of precipitation is 80%.

Wednesday:

Wednesday is calling for a possibility of showers and a possible thunderstorm before 9 a.m., according to the NWS forecast. The high will be near 71. The chance of precipitation is 80%. Wednesday night will be clear with a low around 45.

Thursday:

Columbus residents can begin to expect sunny and clear days starting Thursday. Thursday will be sunny with a high near 67. Thursday night will be clear with a low around 41.

Friday:

Friday will be sunny with a high near 67, according to the forecast. Friday night will be clear with a low around 40. So, it may not be a bad idea to pack a light jacket to enjoy the return of the Friday Concert Series in downtown Columbus.

Saturday:

Saturday will be sunny with a high near 72. Saturday night will be mostly clear with a low around 43.

Sunday:

Sunday will be sunny with a high near 76, according to the NWS.
