Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center, at 3535 S. Lumpkin Road, will present its Second Sunday series program at 2 p.m. today at 3535 S. Lumpkin Road.
Part of the Second Sunday series, The program will highlight soil as a living resource and the earthworm as a special creature making the soil healthy. Kerry Smith, representing the Alabama cooperative Extension System, will demonstrate the earthworm’s biology and how it composts soil.
Admission is $2 per person and free for ages 3 and under. Call 706-687-4090.
