Jacksonville soccer game moved due to drought

A Saturday exhibition soccer game has been moved from Jacksonville State in Jacksonville, Ala. to Auburn University. The reason is drought.

Due to water restrictions placed on Jacksonville State, the match between Auburn and Jacksonville State will now be played at the Auburn Soccer Complex. Kickoff will be at 7 p.m. CT.

Jacksonville State was forced to make the move when the City of Jacksonville imposed a city-wide restriction that has prevented the school from watering any of its athletic playing surfaces since last week.
