New CDs: Ringo Starr is reborn, Scorpions sting

Ringo Starr — the often overlooked fourth Beatle — releases a new best-of today, titled "Photograph: The Very Best of Ringo Starr." And truthfully, the title song, co-written by George Harrison, stands among the best works by any of The Beatles solo. The new release is a CD/DVD package. And unfortunately, it also includes the (regrettably) unforgettable "No No Song."

The Scorpions return with a new release, "Humanity Hour 1." The good news is, they're at the top of their game. The bad news is, being The Scorpions, the top of their game isn't a high bar.

Other releases include "Lifeline" from Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals, and crazy-haired Lyle Lovett brings us "It’s Not Big But It’s Large."
