The Fountain City Ensemble performs today

The Fountain City Ensemble is a quartet of Columbus State University Schwob School of Music professors. They will perform a program of contemporary classical music at 4 p.m. in Legacy Hall, RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, 900 Broadway.

The quartet is Paul Vaillancourt, percussion; Andrée Martin, flute; Lisa Oberlander, clarinet and Amy Griffiths, saxophone.

The program includes "Walk the Walk" by Michael Daugherty, "We Speak Etruscan" by Lee Hyla, "Lullaby" by Jennifer Higdon and arranged by the Fountain City Ensemble, "Found Objects" by J.M. David, "In C" by Terry Riley.

The concert is free.
