A Chambers County school bus and a compressed gas delivery truck were involved in an accident Thursday.
It happened in Valley, Ala. at the intersection of 48th Street and U.S. Highway 29. It was around 7:45 a.m.
The bus had no passengers and was driven by Clarence Wynn of Lanett, Ala. The truck was driven by Robert L. Sims of Lee County.
An investigation by Valley Police concluded that the truck owned by Superior Gas struck the bus in the rear causing considerable damage to both vehicles and creating a traffic disruption that lasted approximately 90 minutes.

Wynn was taken to G.H. Lanier Hospital by Valley EMS and treated for neck and back injuries.
