Benedict College students campaign locally for Obama

Students from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina hit the pavement in support of Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama Tuesday morning.

The nearly dozen or so students campaigned along Veterans Parkway, carrying signs in support of the Illinois senator and shouting out their support of him as motorists passed.

They arrived in Columbus Sunday evening, after having campaigned for Obama in Atlanta, and said they will return to school after Super Tuesday.
