Bookstore profits by voting

Joan Ferring wasn't finding as much time to read her book today.

She's a volunteer at the bookstore in the Columbus Public Library and business is usually slow on a Tuesday morning, expecially, a rainy one.

"We've gotten a little more business than usual," she said. "People voting here have been stopping by and that's great for us. I should have made a big sign and held it up outside the voting areas."
