Clubview puts out no voting sign

Clubview Elementary School principal Adele Lindsey had to put out a big "no voting" sign this morning at her school.

People used to voting there now vote at the Columbus Public Library on Macon Road.

"I thought everybody had been informed about the change," she said, "but we've had about 20 people come by here this morning."

Those Clubview voters have turned out in good numbers. Poll worker Jean Morris said that before 11 a.m. 249 people had cast their votes.

"For the last vote, the TAD vote, we only had about 300 total."

She said she has heard few complaints about the move.
