A Georgia Senate bill now in the House would loosen the requirements for voting absentee.
The bill, now in the Governmental Affairs Committee, wouldn't require those who cast absentee ballots in person to give a reason. Currently, those who vote absentee in person must state why they can't vote on election day.
It would also allow military to vote online.
