Kiryu Students visit Columbus

A delegation of 10 high school students from the Columbus sister city Kiryu, Japan are on a 10-day cultural exchange visit to Columbus and the Chattahoochee Valley. Included in the students' itinerary is a tour of Columbus State University, including the English Language Institute, the Columbus City Council, the Government Center, Aflac, Columbus High School, and Providence Canyon. Each student stays with a local host family while in Columbus. The program is a part of the Mayor's Commission on International Relations and Cultural Liaison Encounters, coordinated through the CSU Center for International Education and sponsored by Aflac.
