Kappa Sigma wins CSU Dodgeball Tournament

Eighteen intramural dodgeball teams made up of students, faculty and staff played an afternoon tournament Wednesday at the CSU Health and Safety Building Gym Annex, part of a week of spring homecoming activities on campus. With the theme "Remember the Cougars: Hitting Strong 50 Years Long," events and competitions have included a paintball challenge, student flag competition, Mr. and Miss Housing Pageant and a student appreciation night. The Homecoming Ball will be held Thursday from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Columbus Iron Works Convention & Trade Center, and is open to CSU students and their guests. The Friday night "Concert Under the Stars Block Party" will feature the Swingin' Medallions starting at 7 p.m., followed by a fireworks display over the clock tower, and a 9-11 p.m. block party for students.
