Strawberry Festival set for Reynolds

The 10th annual Georgia Strawberry Festival will be April 25 and 26 in Reynolds, Ga.

On April 25, the local women's club will serve a meal in the park topped off by fresh strawberry shortcake. New Grace and Trinity will perform southern gospel favorites and the Christian rock group, Grafted by Grace, will perform.

On April 26, there will be a 5K run followed by the annual "Teddy Bear Parade."

There will many antique and classic cars to observe. More than 100 artists and craftsmen from around the south will be showing their wares.

A photography show will be in the depot.

People won't want to miss the lawn mower races or the Flint Energies Strawberry Cook-Off.

Admission is free.

Reynolds is located just west of the center of Georgia at the intersection of Ga. Highway 96 and Georgia Highway 128.
