Warm sun and cool sounds featured at Broadway SpringFest

Clear skies, warm sun, and lots of music and art greet those venturing to Uptown Columbus Saturday afternoon for the first-ever Broadway SpringFest.

The festival, which kicked off Friday evening, continues through Saturday evening, with several musical performances scheduled.

Whisky Bent( alternative country,rock) is scheduled for 5pm, with Marshall Ruffin(roots music,blues) at 6pm and Delta Moon(blues,rock) at 7pm. These performances are in the median of the 1100 block of the Broadway. All these performances are free.

Later this evening, Cowboy Crush performs at 7:30pm at RiverCenter for the Performing Arts. Cowboy Crush tickets are $10(student rush) to $25. Two free tickets with military ID.
