A fire at a home Wednesday on Upland Way in Columbus caused approximately $30,000 in damage.
Columbus firefighters have yet to determine what ignited the blaze around 2 p.m. at 6007 Upland Way. Investigators do know it began in the back bedroom on the dresser, said DEputy Fire Chief Tommy Streeter.
No one was in the residence at the time. It took firefighters about 10 minutes to extinguish the fire.
