A Phenix City man died early Saturday after the vehicle he was driving went out control and crashed on White Rock Road.
Jonathan Anthony Hart, 22, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma at 2:45 a.m. at The Medical Center in Columbus, said Russell County Coroner Arthur L. Sumbry. Hart was the only occupant in the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt and he was thrown from the vehicle, Sumbry.
The accident remains under investigation by the Phenix Police Department.
