The Russell County Sheriff's Office is investigating what appears to be a double homicide, said Coroner Arthur Sumbry Jr.
Responding to a call around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers found the bodies in a trailer off U.S. 80.
"We're not sure how they died yet," Sumbry said, adding that the bodies have already been sent to the Alabama Department of Forensics.
District Attorney Ken Davis and one of his investigators went to the scene Wednesday, though his office hasn't yet received any case file.
