The murder case of Michael Gomillion entered its third day today.
Gomillion, 36, is charged with the October 2005 murder of Clyde Chaney Jr., 29. Chaney was hit in the neck while he sat in a chair at a drug house on 28th Street. He bled to death an hour after the shooting.
This is the second time Gomillion has sat before a jury on the murder charge. Superior Court Judge Bobby Peters declared a mistrial in his case in December after 10 hours of deliberations.
