Auburn woman arrested for theft

An Auburn woman accused of making fraudulent withdrawals from the bank is in jail.

Corinthian Pauline Miller, 36, was arrested by Auburn police Monday and charged with first-degree theft of property. The arrest stems from a report filed Sept. 8 by a South College Street business, which claims Miller deposited several bad checks and then withdrew money from the account.

Miller is in the Lee County Jail awaiting bond.
