Ruggers from across the armed forces and around the world will be tearing up Fort Benning's new pitch during the Armed Forces Rugby Championship.
The event will be held on Stewart-Watson Field from Nov. 16-21.
The Armed Forces Rugby Championship will be preceded by the All-Army men’s rugby trial camp Nov. 1-14, which will also take place on post.
The program is open to all active duty personnel, to include reservists and National Guard personnel on active duty status.

The public is invited to attend any of the championship games. There is no admission and parking is free.
Drivers of vehicles without military stickers will need to stop at the visitor’s center on I-185 or Benning Blvd. to get a temporary access pass. To obtain a pass, drivers should be prepared to show their driver’s license, vehicle registration or rental car contract and proof of insurance.
Adult passengers in the vehicle may also be asked to present identification.
