The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center will kick off Thursday a two-day program for new entrepreneurs.
The Entrepreneur Boot Camp will inform participants on important issues to consider when starting and growing a new business. The program will touch upon topics such as business plans, legal issues, human resources, marketing and capital.
It's intended for aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs who have been in business less than two years.
The boot camp will be held Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the UGA Small Business Development Center. It's located inside the Cunningham Center for Leadership Development, 3100 Gentian Blvd., Columbus.
