No one was hurt during the Saturday robbery of the Dairy Queen on Macon Road.
The suspect entered the store at 8:50 p.m. with a semi-automatic pistol, said Columbus Police Sgt. Harvey Hatcher. Two customers saw nothing as he walked over to the counter with the gun.
"He demanded money across the counter," Hatcher said.
After taking the store's cash, the gunman left the store at 3580 Macon Road. No shots were fired, Hatcher said.
