No one was injured early Sunday when bullets entered a Columbus man's Ford Escort carrying his girlfriend and her children.
The 28-year-old was driving west on Victory Drive near Radford Street around 12:30 a.m. when his passenger-side window shattered, Columbus police said. Riding in the car with him was his 28-year-old girlfriend, her son and her two daughters — 9- and 7-years-old.
Both the man and his girlfriend told police they believe someone was trying to shoot her.
The driver said he saw a tan Chevrolet Caprice when the shot was fired.
