4 Monday robberies possibly connected

On Monday there were four armed robberies in Columbus and Lieutenant Lynn Joiner of the the Columbus Police Department says the same suspect possibly committed all of them.

The Dollar Tree, 4105, Buena Vista Road, was robbed at 9 p.m. A light skinned male, possibly Hispanic, entered the business armed with a handgun and robbed the business. He was described as 5-foot-8-5-foot-10, wearing a black shirt or scarf over his face, black shirt and dark colored pants.

The suspect fled on foot. There were no injuries.

At 10:20 p.m. the Majik Market, 4509 Reese Road, was robbed at gunpoint by a light skinned male wearing a dark blue hodded puffy jacket with orange and white stripes running the length of the arms and South Pole on the front.

The suspect left on foot. There were no injuries.

Just 20 minutes later at 10:50 p.m. the Money Back, 3701 Buena Vista Road, was robbed at gunpoint by a light skinned male, who could be black or Hispanic. He was wearing a navy blue puffy jacket with a hood. The man man wearing jeans and white shoes covered his face with a mask.

The suspect left on foot. There were no injuries.

Also Monday, Papa's Package Store, 6381 Milgen Road, was robbed at gunpoint by someone described as a light skinned male. There was also a black male with him who had a gun.

Nobody was injured and the suspects fled on foot.
