A fire ripped through several units Monday night at the Holiday Apartments on Jones Street in LaGrange.
It took LaGrange firefighters and hour to bring the blaze at 113 Jones St. under control. When it was all over, 8 adults and 4 children were left homeless.
The apartment complex, consisting of six units, five of which were occupied, was totally destroyed with damages estimated at $150,000 in property and content. No injuries were reported.
The Red Cross is assisting the 12 displaced residents.
