American Idol wild card results: Judges make Top 13, advance Megan Corkrey, Jasmine Murray, Matt Giraud and Anoop Desai
"American Idol" judges shocked fans Thursday night by announcing this season will have a Top 13 -- adding one more singer to the usual finalist pool.
That meant four contestants advanced as wild cards: Megan Corkrey, Jasmine Murray, Matt Giraud and Anoop Desai.
They join finalists Danny Gokey, Alexis Grace, Michael Sarver, Allison Iraheta, Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, Lil Rounds, Jorge Nunez and Scott MacIntyre.
No word on whether an extra finalist spot will make for a double-elimination week.
The Top 13 perform for viewers' votes Tuesday at 8 p.m.
