Muscogee County Schools: Fort Middle to hold CRCT information night

Fort Middle School will host a hotdog dinner and Criterion-Referenced Competency Test information night for parents at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 19 at the school on Woodruff Farm Road.

This PTA/CRCT night will help make parents aware of the types of questions that are on the CRCT. a state standardized test that helps determine if a school make adequate yearly progress according to the guidelines under the federal No Child Left Behind Act; in some grades, the scores are also key in determining if a student is promoted.

CRCT testing will be April 14-24.

During the information night, parents will take a mock CRCT and learn strategies to help their children prepare for the test.

A free hotdog dinner will also be served.
